MOSCOW, Feb 15 (PRIME) -- Former Russian children goods and clothes chain of British company Mothercare has changed its brand to Motherbear, according to the information obtained by PRIME late on Tuesday.
Mothercare decided to suspend its operations in Russia in March 2022. The Federal Antimonopoly Service cleared acquisition of Mothercare’s Russian franchisee Moneks Trading by Russia’s Jamilco, the distributor of New Balance, DKNY, and some other large brands in the country, in December of the year.
